Quiet, inconspicuous summit with a small, simple wooden summit cross and summit book!
We made a wonderful circular hike over Hohe Dirn, Sonnkogel and Anton-Schosser-Hütte. I would put it this way: It is not the summit of the Sonnkogel itself that is the real highlight, but the "ridge" path from the Anton-Schosser-Hütte to it, which offers wonderful views and has so much to discover for nature lovers.translated by

In summer the ascent is nice and shady (except for a few short places). But the variant is also beautiful in winter and always offers great views and is not so overcrowded.
