The trail between Ifen and Ifersgundalpe is relatively steep. A few rocky sections are covered in greasy dirt, but all the difficult sections are equipped with crampons. It's therefore easy to walk. Chamois are often seen. From Ifersgund, you have a beautiful view of the Ifen.
