Alpine ridge path with a fantastic view. On one side is the Schwarzwassertal with a magnificent view of the striking Ifen, on the other side there are numerous Mittelberg mountains to admire, especially the Großer Widderstein.
Smaller peaks such as the Muttelbergkopf (1,989 meters) and the Ochsenhöfer Heads (1,950 meters) are climbed again and again. The path is mostly easy to walk on, but scrambling is the order of the day in places and it is also steep in parts, so it is only suitable for experienced hikers.
Afterwards you can stop off at the Inner Stierkopfalpe.

Not sure if it's forbidden. I am not a real mountain biker, but I do not recommend cycling here. You will often have to carry it even downhill, the rock steps are too high for that and that would be far too dangerous for me. Sometimes it is steep downhill and very dangerous. When hiking, you can still hold on for safety, so no problem here.

Very nice view from there, I can only agree with the previous comments.
A supplement: You have many small climbs / gradients in between, which are not really visible on the height profile. You should be prepared for that. No problem for experienced hikers, a challenge for inexperienced users!
It is not recommended to walk the ridge when it is wet, otherwise the risk of injury increases.
