The reservoir is only slightly below the Ehrenbachhöhe. From here you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps. In summer you can even swim in the lake. If that's not a promising refreshment. :)

An idyllic mountain lake at 1,880 m with a fantastic view of the surrounding peaks, especially the Wilder Kaiser, the Kitzbühler Horn and the Leoganger Steinberge. A popular destination in summer - whether on foot or by bike and in winter the lake supports Frau Holle if necessary ;-)
