Old Harry rocks are three sea stacks that mark the eastern end of the Jurassic Coast.
They are stunning and the trails around here are great, but it does get busy so best to run early or late if you can.
This headland makes an obvious loop from Studland where there are cafes, parking and a great beach.

The most eastern point of the Jurassic Coast and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Old Harry Rocks are a site to behold.

The rocks used to be part of a long stretch of chalk seam ran all the way from Purbeck to the Isle of Wight. Old Harry Rocks is all that's left of this chalk seam.

The name 'Harry' actually refers to the single stack of chalk furthest out to sea (supposedly named after a famous local pirate). The stump next door used to be Harry's wife, but sadly she crumbled into the sea due to erosion. A good reminder that these stunning monuments aren't going to be around forever!
