An impressive example of the eroding properties of water. The name may be confusing - with glaciers this hole has nothing to do - but the similarity with alpine glacier mills is given.
Here it was the firing masses of water that were accumulated by the large granite boulders of the Waldnaab that had driven this hole into the granite rock by whirling (standing rolls).
