    Hiking

There are two cinder cones almost completely within the boundaries of Snow Canyon State Park, a smaller one to the north, and the larger one to the south. These cinder cones were responsible for the lava flow of the area, one of the youngest lava flows in the Colorado Plateau.

It is best hiked in the morning or evening when there is no shade.
Trail can be slippery and steep.
