Ackernalm Mountain Inn

The Almgasthof is open for you every day and provides you with hot dishes from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. In the show dairy in Ackernalm you can see every day from May to October how Tyrolean Emmental and mountain cheese are produced in Austria's largest and most modern alpine dairy.

Local cuisine, but also simple classics. Good quality and the price is right. Very friendly hosts.

The Ackernalm is a very worthwhile point on many hikes. Hiking trails lead from here in all directions and the view is simply fantastic in every season. The show dairy offers milk and cheese from their own production from the cows from the alpine pasture. The paths are sometimes very steep so strength and endurance should be included. Most of the trails in the Ackernalm can be walked without special equipment.
