The youngest of the great Austrian river cycle paths is one of the most scenically beautiful Austrian cycle paths. As an insider tip for nature lovers, the route leads through the three Austrian federal states of Salzburg, Styria, Upper Austria and their five tourist regions (Salzburg Sports World, Dachstein-Tauern Region, Grimming Mountain Region, Gesäuse Nature Region and Kalkalpen National Park). Imposing mountain personalities, wildly romantic valleys, rushing torrents, dreamy villages and historic towns prove to be companions through the impressive alpine landscape and the unique natural scenery between the Dachstein and Niederen Tauern, Salzkammergut, Gesäuse and Reichraminger Hintergebirge!
