A beautiful, very elaborately restored old railway bridge. For me it was a very nice surprise when this bridge suddenly appeared. There is nothing left but to take a break here to explore the bridge and its history. A visit is worth it.👍

Perfectly restored historical railway bridge, interesting for cyclists and railway enthusiasts.

This beautiful old stamped concrete bridge spans the Iller at lofty heights. As a former railway bridge, it is now, freshly renovated, a bridge exclusively for bicycles and pedestrians. Originally, this was the Memmingen-Legau railway line, but was closed down in 1972 due to lack of traffic. Parts of it can now be experienced as a train path again. This bridge is the most important engineering plant on the former railway line.
