From the Totenkopf hut, this long and beautiful trail leads to the Sandwiesenweiher on the Kropsbach and then to the PWV hut "Haus an den Fichten". Overall, the trail (S0-S1) is easy and comfortable to drive - only one entry at Hüttenhohl is slightly blocked on the first meters. Hikers are also happy here.
Just before the pond, you pass the barbecue hut - also a nice location to sit outside. You can walk around the Sandwiesenweiher on the barefoot path and then to the "Haus an den Fichten".
