      a wide pass (2200 m above sea level) in the main ridge of the High Tatras, between the valleys of Biała Woda (Bielovodská dolina), and more specifically the Kotło pod Polski Ridge (Zamrznutý kotol) and Wielicka (Velická dolina). A marked hiking trail runs through the Polish Ridge, connecting these valleys and allowing access from the pass to the neighboring peak of Mała Wysoka (Východná Vysoká). The path of the trail has been facilitated, among others by establishing security measures on the northern side in 1892.
