If hiking Beinn Chabhair then I’d recommend reaching the summit via the waterfall. However, as it’s a steep climb, avoid it on the way back down by choosing the longer route that winds back to the campsite.

just follow the orange marker points all the way up the glen. I took loads of pics. It's such a magical place. Didn't stop my calf muscles complaining though. And I didn't see any fairies!

Having gone past lots of scary looking Ministry of Defence signs, I didn't feel very obedient when I saw the sign saying "Cyclists dismount", but you should obey as it's very steep.
