Magnificent, large "bathing lake" that invites you to jump into the water in several places. On some days, the color reminds me of the beautiful glacial lakes in New Zealand. An extremely beautiful sight, especially with the mountain backdrop.

The Forggensee is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts in summer and in winter, when it is drained, you can hike on its bottom.

On the way to Neuschwanstein Castle there are a few viewpoints from which you have a wonderful view of the valley.

Impressive hike along the Nesselwang waterfalls. Partly over hill and dale. Very steep and muddy in some places. There are many levels to overcome. But as already mentioned, very impressive. In the middle of nature!

The Lechfall is about twelve meters high and the Lech falls down over its entire width. Very impressive to see, especially at high tide.

The Schwansee is small but nice and offers a wonderful view of the castles.
