If you have a little more time and already have experience with multi-day hikes and trekking camps, you can make beautiful six-day tours with 5 overnight stays.Route:
Hiking car park Malschbach – Camp Grimbach – Camp Seibelseckle – Camp Erdbeerloch – Camp Späneplatz – Camp Schnaitberg Eck – Biberach
From the hiking car park Malschbach, you will pass the Geroldsauer waterfall, the Kreuzfelsen and the Badener Höhe as highlights. You will reach Camp Seibelseckle via the Westweg, in the direction of the Hornisgrinde. The high-altitude hike leads through original grinden landscape from Seibelseckle via Ruhestein and Schliffkopf to the Klosterruine Allerheiligen and Camp Erdbeerloch.Away from the well-known hiking trails, you will walk along little-used paths (partly unmarked) on a somewhat longer and strenuous hike through very varied landscape to Camp Späneplatz. From here you have two options to reach Camp Schnaitberg Eck, the Schwarzwald-Wild variant requires sure-footedness and is associated with plenty of altitude metres on the 8.9 km. The other option is the Nordisch-Meditativ variant. The 13.3 km long, mostly quiet hike with moderate climbs goes through the wooded south-east side of the Mooskopf. From Späneplatz up to the Mooskopfturm and then in a wide arc over the Ramsbacher Holzplatz to the Kornebene. From Camp Schnaitberg Eck, a beautiful hike leads over the narrow mountain ridge between Kinzigtal and Nordrachtal with very many varied paths to Biberach. You will receive the route description of the "last mile", i.e. the access to the respective camp, only after the online booking by e-mail. The suggested starting and ending points of the route tours are well accessible by public transport, so that you can easily get back to the starting point. Of course, the tours can also be hiked in the opposite direction.Do you want to book your tent pitch? You can do this at trekking-schwarzwald.de. Here you will also find information about the equipment of the individual camps and everything else that is important.

Path hike through steep wooded slopes: the long, romantic-looking valleys from the Mooskopf to the Kinzig have been deeply indented. Numerous paths lead through the upper valley heads. Centuries-old conifers, but also beeches and chestnuts grow on the steep slope. Varied forest landscape crossed by narrow

Forest hike 🌲🌳: 100-year-old firs and Douglas firs alternate with low 20-year-old mixed forest, which is allowed to grow up largely undisturbed on the former storm areas of Hurricane Lothar. The path from Camp Schnaitberg Eck to Biberach is a beautiful high-altitude hike. If you like paths, this is the place for you. The path mostly follows the mountain ridge on the Kinzigtal side and slowly loses altitude in constant ups and downs. Very varied forest and always beautiful views of the Kinzig
