Enjoy the picturesque heath with its unique flora and fauna or refresh yourself in one of the many swimming lakes. As you can see, the Emsland has numerous possibilities and has been one of the most popular cycling regions in Germany for years. Wonderfully flat routes await on the 2,660-kilometre (1,650 mi) network of cycle paths and over 50 themed day Tours.

In this Collection, we show you our top 10 rides between 36 and 65 kilometres (22 and 40 mi) in length that are suitable for the whole family. On the way, you find well-maintained resting places to enjoy a picnic, as well as many nice little towns to stop in, stroll around and get a bite to eat. Come and let yourself be enchanted by the flair of our region and the warmth of the Emslanders!
