In the heart of Vorarlberg, there is a small but beautiful mountain region waiting to show you its incredible nature. With stunning landscapes, Damüls-Faschina is a place where everyone can enjoy unforgettable experiences.

Three of the mountain peaks surrounding Damüls-Faschina are particularly well-suited for mountaineers who like to go high. On the Portlahorn tour, you can enjoy an easy mountain-top experience. At 2,133 meters (6998 feet) above sea level, you can also discover the Glatthorn, one of the highest peaks in the Großes Walsertal Biosphere Reserve. Or, you can marvel at magnificent panoramic views from the Zafernhorn’s summit.

After a pram-friendly stroll, families can dip their feet into the cool waters of the Seewald lake. Little nature explorers can also watch butterflies and wildflowers as they wander to the Franz-Josef mountain hut – adventures, that children will remember for life.

For culinary connoisseurs, there are also many delicacies and delights to discover in Damüls-Faschina. You will find many cosy restaurants and huts located directly on the hiking trails and an abundance of the Alp’s regional speciality snack, bacon and spicy cheese.
