Um wieder Fuß zu fassen habe ich auf dem platten Land, im Landkreis Wesermarsch, mit Hilfe eines Fitness-Trackers langsam damit begonnen mir wenigstens 10000 Schritte am Tag zu erarbeiten. Wer mich kennt und weiß das ich bereits als Jugendliche Hochleistungssport betrieben sowie die Ausbildung einer Sportschule genossen habe, wird dies nicht glauben können. Aber alles Jammern hilft ja nichts…und offensichtlich schlummert der Ehrgeiz früherer Tage immer noch in mir.
Mittlerweile wohnhaft im Harz geht es mir im Moment gesundheitlich wieder sehr gut, bis auf die üblichen Wehwehchen und ich genieße jeden Tag den ich mit meinem Hund „Kalle“ in der freien Natur verbringen kann.
Ich dokumentiere meine Wanderungen für mich als Ansporn, zur Erinnerung an tolle Ausflüge und natürlich um anderen Menschen das Wandern näher zu bringen. Deutschland hat landschaftlich soooo viel zu bieten.
Unterwegs bin ich immer zu einem Pläuschchen aufgelegt und freue mich auch hier bei Komoot über einen netten Austausch.
