Castrop-Rauxel - Kamen / Kanäle, Flüsse und Bäche
Meine Sonntagstour, dieses mal von Castrop-Rauxel nach Kamen, mit Kanälen (Rhein-Herne sowie Datteln-Hamm), Flüssen (Emscher, Lippe und Seseke), zahlreichen Bächen (vor allem der Kuhbach, derzeit ausgetrocknet aber mit toll ausgebautem Radweg) und diversen Brücken hin und her. Highlights für mich waren Schloss Schwansbell und Zeche Waltrop.
