A very beautiful and varied loop through the Hellbachtal. It starts very relaxed at a free hiking parking lot, so the tour can begin without searching for parking.
I particularly enjoyed the longer section along the Drüsensee. The paths repeatedly lead close to the water and offer great views of the lake

For me, the main focus of this tour was stamp point 100 of the Harzer Wandernadel. The starting point is the Sägemühle, located above Hermannsacker, where a sufficiently large free parking lot is available.
The path to the castle ruins is pleasant to walk. The ruins themselves are definitely worth seeing
