Gentle Ride in Central London
Having commuted into Central London for over 30 years, this was a gentle ride taking in some of the sights at a more leisurely pace. The elevation function on my watch is playing up though - according to that I was in the foothills of the Himalayas!!!

Started with a view of Brecon Castle followed by the Dfynnog Yew tree and a great coffee at the International Welsh Rarebit Centre, along with Welsh Rarebit of course, concluding with stunning views of Pen-y-Fan
