Day 196 Lao Cai to Ban Ho
Taking the quieter rd and easier climb to Sapa its a great ride from Gia Phu the views are is amazing stopped for a sugar cane juice and lunch with some local farmer's lots of nice waterfalls looked very inviting but just wanted to get it done before the heat…

Day 190 Viet Tri to Yen Bai
A great ride after getting away from the highway.Found a fellow bikepacker on his way to Australia from Italy. Plenty of kids waving and even giving me energy drinks on Tik Tok of course the Nth is getting good.

Day 180 Hoang Hanh to Hanoi
Thats a bucket list ✅️ cycling the length of Vietnam. I'll go all the way to the Border at Lao Cai after a few rest days here. Had an absolute ball again today left the route up to Komoot and it delivered in Spades.

Day 179 Cam Thy to Hoang Hanh
Another great day of absolutely everything, country lanes rice fields being my fav's with an arvo run run through cementsville dust and slop bike is filthy. Looking forward to some rest days in Hanoi tomorrow 😊

Day 178 Yen Cat to Cam Thy
What a great day getting off the Ho Chi Minh Rd. All the stuff I love country lanes, rice fields, short climbs, quiet roads, light rain,cuppa tea with the locals and even a bit of dirt all to end up riding into Cam Thy on the Ho Chi Minh Rd.

Day 175 Tan Thanh to Pho Chau P2
Was a fairly easy ride for the second half some head winds and nice undulations with not as many trucks. Lap around town found my dinner so good too.
