That's an impressive pace on such a hot day. New Brighton has a lot to offer to both the cyclist and walker. It's just a lovely place.

Three hours after high tide is good to go but four is better as its s little dryer and less slippy. Needless to say check the tide times, get it wrong and you swim back as 90% of it would be under water, best bet adk a local

A small dense wood that is going to be a lot larger and connected to the Marriots way. Not a lot of opportunity To walk off the paths as it so dense. Some areas matked off as conservation areas

A variation. On our walk. At 28.C we decided a walk along the beach was a bit hot in the sun so came back through the woods, especially after a fish snd chip lunch.. good toilets at either end but wells parking is getting very expensive.
