Jacob's UP!
Very tough climbs on this one. Plenty of hike a bike unless you're super fit. The descents will also test your nerves as they're all fast and loose!

Well done, gents Jacob’s Ladder is no joke on the way up, but those fast, loose descents make every bit of the hike-a-bike worth it! Absolute crackin' effort in the High Peak, and I bet the youtube vid will be awesome

Cave Dale route from Castleton
