Das Büro zu verlassen, um nicht nur physisch, sondern auch gedanklich neue Wege zu gehen, hat sich bei diesem Team als schöne Tradition bewährt. Eine schöne, klassische Tour führte uns von Kaitz Höhe, Kaitzbach bis zur Quelle, zum Windberg und Bergmannsdenkmal, über den Bahndamm zum Mittag in der Hopfenblüte - leckeeer!! 😋 - und auf eine Ehrenrunde um Kleinnaundorf. Ich steuerte als Coach ein paar Methoden zum Offenbaren von Potenzialen und verborgenem Wissen bei und wir formten gemeinsam ein Zukunftsbild der Zusammenarbeit. Das kann sich zum Feiertag erstmal setzen und am Montag geht’s mit neuen Erkenntnissen und neuer Kraft wieder ans Werk. 💪
