Very nice tour organized by Bikingtom - the route was only available on site. There was an aid station along the way. The first part was a bit harder than the second with some heavy climbs >20%, the second part got a bit easier but still with some highlights. A total of more than 1,400 meters in altitude

I'm not very fit. But the tour was quite nice. Along the Rhine via Rheinhausen and Uerdingen to Kaiserswerth. A mixture of gravel and lots of asphalt. From there past the airport and back through the forest towards the Six Lakes Platte. It got a bit wavy in the Duisburg city forest before we went back along the Ruhr.
