Starting point was at Conder Green .lovely flat trails on good paths . Tidal times need to be checked before heading over the causeway . A small section after Sambos grave was probably best suited to a mtb but it’s only a short section , be prepared to push . Toilets at Sunderland point but no cafes until. Heysham . We stopped at half moon bay .
