Hollingsworth lake to Stanage canal tunnel and back
We visited the stanage tunnel canal tunnel . It was £12 each and took just over half hour . Well worth doing if you have time .

Salter fell from Slaidburn

Drumelzier and Neidpath tunnel loop from Innerleithen

Three Brethren loop
Great XC loop . The black route at the end has been totally destroyed by forestry work, so need to find a detour . Possibly just follow the fire track to the road .

Avoiding the crowds
Parking was free near Curley’s . A lovely hike through the woods before heading up to two lads and winter hill mast . A lovely long moorland track to the secret tarn . Saw three people all day 😎

Ride in the Lakes from Stavely
A loop over to Ambleside from Wheel base
Parking is £8 for the day , this loop takes on Iron Keld , the quarries , great all round XC ride . Tarmac bits are on quiet. lanes .

Dam puncture 😩
Ride aborted, plugged puncture but didn’t seal . Should have been a loop but ended up a there and back . New tyre ordered 👍
