Gorman Stream Valley Park and Wincopin Trails to Savage Mill
Mix of easy trails and steep climbs with roots and rocks. I took my old heavy full-sus bike for this; that allows you to plow over everything but climbing is hard. The turnaround point was the historic Bollman Truss Bridge in Savage: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bollman_Truss_Railroad_Bridge

Cunningham Falls and Hunting Creek Lake
-8C at the beginning "warming" up to -6C at the end. Cunningham Falls is a 24m cascading waterfall. It was hiding under snow and ice so I added a summertime image for reference. Hunting Creek Lake was also frozen. An ice fisherman told us that it is 25 cm thick, so it was safe to walk across. Perhaps you could even drive a car 🚗 on it, but Susanne did not want to risk it 😀.

Nice day for riding today until Theo's chain got jammed between the cassette and spokes. We had to carry his bike back.
