am 30.07.25 nutzte ich letztmals mein Deutschlandticket, um eine Tour von @JöHö nachzufahren. Ich hatte lediglich die Richtung umgekehrt. Es ging zunächst mit der Bahn nach Enschede. Dort machte ich einen kleinen Abstecher in die schöne Innenstadt, bevor es über den Wesselerbrinkpark raus aus Enschede ging. Nach knapp 10 km erreichte ich die Grenze nach Deutschland, blieb aber parallel hierzu in den Niederlanden. Mein nächstes Ziel war das Witte Veen, einem Naturgebiet. Dort kommt die Heidelandschaft langsam zur Blüte. Abgerundet wurde es durch einem schönen See und gut zu fahrenden Wegen. Zwischen Alstätte und Messum fuhr ich an der K 17 entlang. Auch wenn neben der Straße ein Radweg liegt, war dieser Streckenabschnitt nicht ganz so toll zu fahren, wie die restliche Strecke. Weiter ging`s Richtung Coesfeld, vorbei an der Barenborg bei Legden. Ich wusste nicht, was ich mir darunter vorstellen durfte. Leider sieht man auch nichts, was meine Kenntnisse fördern könnte. Man kommt nicht mal in die Nähe der ehemaligen Burg, um etwas zu sehen. Vermutlich ist das bewusst und nicht grundlos so gewollt. Ich fuhr weiter über Lette. Hier sprachen mich an der (einst) schönen Windmühle zwei Damen an und berichteten stolz, dass die Mühle ab diesem Herbst durch einen Verein restauriert und mit einer Backstube ausgestattet werden soll. Ich bin gespannt und werde im Frühjahr mal wieder vorbeischauen. Über Merfeld und dem "Haus Waldfrieden" ging es dann Richtung Dülmen. Im Wildpark war ich einigermaßen überrascht, dass ich nicht ein Tier zu sehen bekam. So ging es dann weiter zum Dülmener Bahnhof und mit dem Zug wieder nach Recklinghausen. Auch wenn die Sonne nicht immer schien und ich es gerne noch etwas wärmer gehabt hätte, war es eine schöne Tour (danke dafür), die ich auch weiterempfehlen kann🚴♂️🌻🌞
