Today we started in Biesheim. We went to Breisach across the border, then along the edge of the Kaiserstuhl through Ihringen, to Denzlingen, Waldkirch, Elzach and on the Eckweg via Hofstetten back to Wolfach. It was a wonderful tour again today with almost summer-like temperatures.

Today we traveled by train to Basel, and from Basel via the Dreiländereckbrücke to Weil am Rhein on the French side to Guebwiller, where we are staying overnight. It was beautiful cycling through the Petite Camargue, always flat along the canal. Tomorrow we're heading into the mountains.

Today we hiked the last stage of the Hexenstieg from Buntebock to Osterode. Apart from a few smaller ascents, it was mainly downhill on gravel paths. Sparse vegetation at the beginning, and more and more into spring towards Osterode. From the beautiful city center in Osterode, it was another 3 km to our guesthouse.

Having arrived at the Brocken, we hiked down the mountain to Torfhaus, and from there took the bus to Altenau. It was very unpleasant on the Brocken today, wind, snow, and no visibility, but it was still beautiful. The descent then took place in sunshine with a brief snow shower in between.

Today is stage 3 of the Harzer Hexenstieg. We hiked from Königshütte to the Harzer Schmalspurbahn train station in Drei Annen Hohne, where we then took the old Harzer Schmalspurbahn train up to the Brocken. I can only recommend it to everyone, it's a great experience to ride this old train up to the Brocken.

Today we did stage 2 of the Harzer Hexenstieg from Wendefurth to Königshütte. It still went along the Bode, sometimes up and down in the forest and partly climbed over trees or crawled underneath, it was very adventurous, but beautiful. Then the landscape changed and we hiked through terrain with dead
