Retired ST X WA facilities director. Love hiking, biking, photography, astronomy stargazing and imaging. The arthritis slows me a bit but I'm still on my Sun recumbent cruising the neighborhoods in Mount Vernon, WA daily even though it's a bit repetitive. I like to follow others and see where they have been and enjoy the images posted. Some truly amaze me with the distance they cover, elevations and time!

The trike needs a pro do adjust the derailleur, yesterday was great, today back to bouncing again...next year!

My gears keep bouncing, on and off the trike trying to fine tune the barrel adjuster. With a bike you can see the gearing change, on a recumbent you cannot since it's behind the seat...arg!

Very strong gusts today to 41mph slowed the ride considerably but a great workout nonetheless.
