Today, after my eye surgery, I did my first hiking tour 🥾🎒👍, for the next 4 weeks I can go hiking, then I have my 2nd eye surgery ahead of me, then I have to take a hiking break for 2-3 weeks. After that, I can go on my next hiking tours 🎒🥾 without restrictions.😊
