If you pass this way, I highly recommend a stop at the Weston Cider Farm and the Scrumpy Restaurant for coffee and cake and all sorts of food 🥲

Hail, wind and really cold... then I had a puncture! Luckily the hail held off to change the tube, and the sun came out too... but straight after we got back on track the hail and wind picked up again.

@Lee what an eventful tour. Wetness, cold, hail, flat tires, and flooded roads, you really experienced it all 😂.....the cappuccino surely felt good afterwards and warmed you up again👍

Stopped at the Piston Grind in Vintage Metals for a lovely coffee and tasty toastie. Great folks running the place, Highly recommend!

Little Dean - Rodley Gravel Path – Flaxley Abbey
Found a nice campsite along the way that has an on site cafe and bar. Roads just been resurfaced, so great for roadies I should imagine.

Full phone battery ran out before I got back! I forgot to put it on airplane mode.
Nice ride along the beach though to avoid the waterlogged tracks. I still managed to fall off my bike on the sand though 😅

Forest of Dean loop from Lydney
Few parts of it were unrideable, you'll see them on the route map! Still a good ride out for fresh air and exercise. The cafe at Hips Harbourside do a great toastie and coffee.
