First proper ride out for 2025. This time on the full sus. Frosty and icey so very cold. Toes did start to go numb by the end, back to the sweet shop in Beeding. Nice views with a casual fog / mist in the distance. Added some downhill trails on the way back.

The one that didn't get finished. Needed a ride to clear my head. Last time I rode parts of these trails was on BMX for the South Downs Way challange.
This time went out on the full sus. Despite news, there is no water tap at Truleigh Hill. Next water stop was Lewes.

Even when you go for a ride to prep, although the sole purpose is to check you, the bike etc . . . you want to go more than 350m before something breaks.
So the prep ride so e it's purpose, I know not to over trust a brand new chain. Granted, I do have some power in my legs, you have to to pedal a BMX
