Today's the final leg of our tour in Setubal. First, we went to a café for breakfast, typically Portuguese, then a stroll through the city, including a visit to the Mercado do Livramento, where you can find pretty much anything you can think of when it comes to food, but mostly fish. The route then leads

After a stopover in Nazaré, we continued on to Setubal 😉. We'd barely checked into the hotel before heading to the Forte de São Filipe. There's a beautiful little chapel on the fortress, completely covered in azuleos, and the view of Setubal Bay is breathtaking! After a quick refreshment at the fortress

Today after breakfast, we headed south, our first stop being Nazaré. We did our first lap at Praia da Nazaré, but then I foolishly stopped the recording. Then we drove a bit to Forte da São Miguel at Praia do Norte. With a bit of luck, you can see and experience the monster waves here between November

Our hosts had planned a trip to Torreira with, what else?, an invitation to a friend's house 😉. When we arrived, it was really cloudy and there were a few drops of rain falling from above, but we still took the opportunity to go for a walk along the Atlantic Ocean. It was only a short one, but at least we got some exercise. 😄

After we finally arrived yesterday after a 24-hour drive, including breaks, and were immediately invited to the first family celebration, we decided to use the time after breakfast today and went for a little walk along the beach before going back to eat 😉.

Men's Trip 2025: On Saturday, September 28, 2025, we paddled on the Iller with 21 guys. In perfect weather, we burned our backs a bit and got eaten by the horseflies. It was a nice trip; unfortunately, the Iller was a bit low on water and therefore a bit calm. There were a few rapids, but we were able

My friend Markus had a new pair of hiking boots on his to-do list, so we quickly drove to the Allgäu region. After trying on the shoes and receiving excellent advice, we bought them, so there was nothing to stop us from breaking them in. We started in Oberstdorf at the bus station and headed towards
