Skjoldungestien Roskilde (Vikingeskibes museumet) - Hvalsø
Ruten starter ved Roskilde st. Og gå ikke ned forbi, Vikingeskibes museumet, men tæt ved. Den er lidt dårlig skiltet igennem Sankt Hans hospital eller syper fin. Da vi nåede til Bidstrup skoven, hoppede vi af ruten og "skød" genvej til Hvaldsø st.

Nice little trip, close to Roskilde. On the route you pass a packed lunch house, a shelter, several campfire sites with table/bench sets, as well as a place where you can swim and if there is a lot of snow, there is also a large toboggan run.
The route can be made longer, past the two other lakes in the former gravel pit.

Really nice round trip. We did it on a Sunday and were therefore able to park at the school in Høsterkøb. The route takes you through cozy towns, forests and by the shores of lakes. The route is not signposted, so use this map to find your way around. There are several campfire sites and tables/benches
