Rigugio Mezzalama a Rifugio Guide d'Ayas e discesa a Freshey
Arrivati al lago non passare sul nevaio perché scarica molto, salire sulla roccia montonata e seguire gli ometti e i bastoni in plastica sulla pietraia fino a collegarsi sul percorso originale. Sentiero seppur a tratti franoso non problematico. Divertente l'ultimo tratto attrezzato sotto il rifugio
