An easy and varied tour from BHF Biesenthal (RB24 Senftenberg <--> Eberswalde) towards Schönholz to BHF Melchow (also RB24).A special highlight for me on the tour are always the beautiful beech forests and the section just behind Biesenthal along the fields, where you walk under fruit trees that bloom wonderfully in spring.Most of the trails are listed on Komoot, but there are plenty of good forest trails that unfortunately cannot be found in the app.Unfortunately, some of the paths are not suitable for bicycles or prams, and small tree trunks have to be crossed occasionally.

A small one-way tour in the NSG Melzower Forest. Start was at Warnitz train station, which can be reached with the RE3 to Stralsund every 2 hours, and it also goes back to Berlin. The tour is also an absolute highlight in spring. If you leave Warnitz and follow the tour, you hike along a field path lined with chestnut and fruit trees that come up with a sea of flowers in spring.The lakes in the area are in a class of their own, especially in autumn. The forest consists largely of beeches and other deciduous trees that now shine in breathtaking colors at this time of the year.The paths are easy to walk.
