Love this one. You could keep walking to Manly or further if you like. We stopped at Freshwater for a Sticky Chai and returned the same way.

Col de Bise
One of the prettiest hikes, especially on a nice day when the wildflowers are out. There are great views of Lac Darbon and Lac Géneve. We saw Alpine Ibex as well as plenty of birdlife. There are plenty of options for food and drink. A really fabulous day out. I…

Mont Ouzon
OK. Definitely not for the faint-hearted. The last bit is a steep climb. Recommend not looking back until you reach the top. Its worth ot though. What a remarkable 360° view.

Col de Coux
A lovely little walk up to Chaméry. We treated ourselves to a coffee at Ferme Auberge de Fréterolles on the way down.

Elvina Bay Hike
Great except the trail back was a rocky river through dense bush and i had to watch my feet, not the scenery. We saw Glossy Red Tail Cockatoo and Warratah.
