Blue Mountain climb - 26M
NOT RECOMMENDED. The climb up Blue Mtn Rd is nice - rural, no traffic, and stiff (often at 15%) but the descent and the traffic on the other roads was harsh and unforgiving. GIven how rural this area is I was suprised, but I'm not sure I want to ride here again

Cannonball Metric Centry+
Great route that winds through Revolutionary and Civil War battlefields. Most flat rural roads with very little traffic - and a fantastic day for it! Watch out for the climb at the very end - maybe 14% grade, short but very stiff!

Waterrock Knob 7mile climb
Beautiful climb of 2k over 7 miles. Git into the clouds and it was wet and cool, but worth it to conquer a long climb

Boone to Blowing Rock Climbs
