If you wipe-out in the woods and there's no-one with you did it really happen? Another local circuit, breakfast in Los Naveros, (good) coffee in Conil and a wipeout in the woods; swallowed a cold medicinal beer as soon I got home. A good day

Roche, Conil, La Muela, Vejer where we stop for breakfast at our favourite coffee stop. Then through the green tunnel, El Palmar, Conil for a second coffee. Meet Keith, then home to watch the F1, live this time.

This is what we travelled all that way for, the Petzen Flow Trail. It's not normally my kinda thing, like bungy jumping and para-sailing I don't need to do these things. The trail is about 11km with a 1050m descent so around a 10% gradient. Glad I did it, may do it again next year, vamos a ver.

This was the long way to Petzen, we missed a turning over one of the hills. We compensated by stopping for a coffee in Mežica. Arrived at Petzen about 12:00, let the fun begin.

Today we went to Bleiburg for café y strudel. Some nice single track coming down then mostly road for the return to Koros though there's a nice uphill trail towards the end which is fun on an eMTB. Gonna watch the Austrian F1 GP then have another short ride before dinner.

Steve and I drove to Arcos for a change of scenery, to get away from the wind and watch some of the 7th FAI World Paramotor Slalom Championships at Bornos. We failed. It was too windy to fly, it was for some of the time too windy to ride, the route wasn't great and there were two blocked / gated sections. Otherwise a fine day out. Also, Steve tells me, a world superbike championship race was being held in Jerez, a lot going on locally.

Vlado & I met Steve at the Repsol gasolinera then we just followed our front tyres. Breakfast in San Fernando was dire and the route was a variation on many trails in our barrio. No photos so I've added a few from Huelva.

An early start, out the door around 7 for the meet up at Repsol, coffee then off we go. Wind picking up, heating up, the Cañada going up. A long dusty trail of 65km before we stop for brunch. Glad to get home, out of the sun and wind, because of course, there are cold beers in the fridge. We didnt ride along the coast, photos were taken on Tuesday.

Lovely cool start through los pinos de Roche. Along the coast to Caños for breakfast before the place filled up. Hundreds of camper vans, thousands of tourists. Late coffee at Verde Esperanza then home. Lando won the Hungary F1 GP on strategy, I have challenged the g'kids to a draughts competition and
