Eine ausgiebige Tagestour mit mehreren Aufstiegen und Aussichten. Vom Bahnhof Bad Schandau mit der Fähre übersetzen und dann vom Kurpark aus mit der Kirnitzschtalbahn zum Lichtenhainer Wasserfall fahren. Von dort aus geht's zurück nach Bad Schandau. Nach der Lattengrundschlucht darf man auch gern umplanen. Ab Ostrau ist man sonst nur noch auf Asphalt unterwegs, was eine Tortur für ermüdete Füße ist ;)

Looking back, the route isn't exactly suitable for jogging. Initially, there's little forest, but plenty of asphalt and highway noise. Towards the end, it becomes quite adventurous, as some of the crossroads were probably once cut into the forest by a harvester and are now completely impassable. At least
