Unterwegs bin ich ein gemütlicher "Bio-Biker", der gerne auch eine Pause macht, den Ausblick in die Landschaft genießt und schöne Erinnerungsfotos von seinen Touren macht. Tagestouren von 50 oder 60 km sind hier im flachen Rheinland aber auch auf diese Weise gut möglich. Wie viele bin ich passend zu Corona in 2020 wieder einmal aufs Rad gekommen und habe mich in 2022 schon auf 1.200 km Jahresleistung hochgearbeitet.
Für die Zukunft gilt dann halt ... die alte Spitzenleistung ist der neue Standard, den es zu steigern gilt.
