Unfortunately very frightening what the storm in summer 21 did here. The shopping streets are mostly without shops, much is still very much destroyed. The beautiful towns of Ahrweiler and Bad Neuenahr seem pretty deserted. Too bad about the many great houses, all of which were destroyed on the ground floor.
