Die diesjährige, wie immer mit 1050 Teilnehmern ausverkaufte, Jena-Horizontale verlief wieder im Uhrzeigersinn. Wir starteten im Gedränge 18:04 und konnten uns durch schnelles Tempo gleich gut im vorderen, nicht zu engen Vorderfeld für die schmalen Passagen auf der Horizontale platzieren. Even the scorching heat and a heavy downpour in the middle of the night couldn't take away from the experience that the 39. Jena Horizontale was an event to remember. Unfortunately, my watch gave up in the final kilometres and stopped recording.

Fernwanderprojekt Elbe, Sächsische und Böhmische Schweiz... - Tag 2 - Moritzburger Teiche
Die 2. Etappe dieses Fernwanderprojektes startete in Meißen an der Elbe und führte dann über den Elberadweg und Weinberge zum Aussichtspunkt der Boselspitze mit tollem C.D. Friedrich Blick.
