A fantastic morning walking on the Conway mountain /Sychnant pass some very good views with lots of elevation, a very challenging walk in places

Dyserth/Prestatyn/ Gwaensgor
A great walk from Dyserth Waterfall along the old railway line to Prestatyn then up over the top of Craig Fawr and loop back to start point !

Frodsham Loop Via Pothole/Puddle Lane
It was very good to go on a totally different cycle route today but I have never had to concentrate so much to avoid the numerous potholes and puddles along a 2 mile plus stretch of the route.
