A very pleasant ride over to Apedale, then back via Alsager bank, Talke, and Kidsgrove

Up to High Bent
A good outing for the legs, up to High Bent, then home via Bailey's Bank, Gillow Heath and brown lees

Gravel ride over to Cheddleton Flint Mill
Another ride down the canal, this to Cheddleton Flint Mill, then back through Tompkin, and Stanley, before the climb up clay lake

A long Bagnall loop
Great to get over to Bagnall, it certainly gave the legs a good outing on the climbs, but the views are worth it

A nice ride down the canal to the (I didn't drop in), then up through Gratton, and lask Edge.
Sampled some of the hedgerow fruit along the way, very nice

Over to the hollybush
Yet another warm ride along the Caldon from Milton to the hollybush(I didn't drop in), then back up onto Lask Edge through the local country lanes, the climbs are worth it for the great views

2 canal loop
A leisurely but rather warm ride taking in sections of the Trent and Mersey, and Caldon canals, I do love this bit as you're out in the peace and quiet of the countryside, yet probably only a mile outside of a town or even the city

Onto the canal at Milton, then off at Endon
Got my gravel wheels back in, so was great to get down onto the canal for a nice Sunday morning spin, mind you it was a bit warm out there, so glad to be on the level most of the time
