Spontan heute die erste Tour 2026 gemacht. Wetter super, also Rad und mich kurz gecheckt 👍🏻. Nun tut sich endlich was 🙏. An der Kräuterwiese in Waltershausen war ich sehr überrascht. Schöne Tour, schöner Tag 😁

Last tour, exploring Clausthal-Zellerfeld and the surrounding area. The first destination was the Ottiliaeschacht mine. You can take a ride on the original railway there this weekend. Of course, I didn't do that, as I wanted to continue my bike ride.
Then I continued, partly on singletrack, but easily

I took advantage of the afternoon, starting in Münchehof, and my first destination was Bad Gandersheim. I cycled through the old town and continued along the Sculpture Trail to Lamspringe. Then, instead of riding on the road, I decided to try the gravel route.
To cut a long story short, it was...

Past the dam, the next destination was Schierke. Then we continued through the Ilse Valley to Ilseburg. From there, we followed a section of the Eckart

Despite the not-so-great weather ☁️🌧, today we first went through the Innerste Valley, this time taking a different route to Wildemann. From there, we went through the Bärenhöhlen Valley to the mountain town of Bad Grund. This is a mountain town in the truest sense of the word.
Via Windhausen and Badenhausen

After lunch, I hopped on my bike past the Oker Dam, through the Kalbe Valley with a great bike path and a few decent climbs. The last few kilometers were very busy, which was confirmed at the summit.
I headed back via Torfhaus and the Eisenquelle spring.
On the way back, I was able to use the Innerster

This afternoon, I got back on my bike towards Buntenbock, then more or less spontaneously to Wildemann, following the Innerste River first.
Continuing through the Spiegeltal Valley, past the Spiegelthal Waterfall, and then finding my way back via Zellerfeld.
Beautiful tour...

I started in Elbingerode, and the first highlight was the old town of Wernigerode. I followed the Harz circular trail as far as Thale and visited the Hexentanzplatz (Witches' Dance Floor). After the Rosstrappe (I didn't quite make it to the rock), I wanted to go to the Rappbode Dam, but the road was
