Römer, Dinosaurier und Kugelbahn: Durchs Rotenbachtal zum Himmelsgarten Schwäbisch Gmünd und übers Taubental zurück
Kleine aber sehr abwechslungsreiche Runde mit viel Historik zum Römischen Limes und später Spielspass entlang der Kugelbahn das Taubental hinunter. Der Prätorianer in voller Rüstungsmontur am Tor zum Rotenbachtal ließ uns glücklicherweise passieren 😉.

Winterwanderung unter einem unheimlich schönen weiß-blauem Himmel mit immer wieder Sonnenschein in einer sehr schönen Gegend mit immerhin drei Schlössern bzw. Burgen.

Murrhardt: Angrillen 2025 auf dem Linderst
Schnee gab es heute noch nicht, aber durch den Raureif waren Wiesen und Bäume teils schon weihnachtlich weiß bepudert 😉. Zum Start unserer Grillsaison also durchaus passend. Kalt war's, aber der Grillplatz an der Lindersthütte ist durch die Bäume und die Überdachung wenigstens windgeschützt. Und so ging es vom Parkplatz auf kürzestem Wege an den zwei Limeswachtürmen vorbei direkt zum Ort des Genusses. Im Sonnenschein standesgemäß mit Stockbrot, Berner und Nürnberger Würstchen und bei leckerem Glühwein war es mal wieder ein leckeres Unterfangen 😊 - Und gesättigt traten wir dann die restlichen 9 km der Runde an. Über den Marienplatz ging es runter nach Murrhardt am zugefrorenen Alleensee vorbei und anschließend wieder hoch in Richtung Karnsberg bis unter den Büchelkopf. Auf einer ruhigen Bank im Wald gab es dann nochmal eine Pause mit Kaffee und Hefezopf bevor es weiter auf breiten Waldwegen über Siegelsberg zurück zum Ausgangspunkt ging.

In the autumn sunshine today we went on a lovely, relatively easy forest hike from Teussenberg near Essingen over to Langert and up to the Aalbäumle observation tower above Aalen. We then had our hearty lunch break under the Aalbäumle, especially with delicious sweets.
