About Emiliano Manzan
Born and raised in Rome, I had the chance to travel often and to spend my spare time outdoors, which I continue to do to this day.I have been pedalling since I was a kid, and it turned into a real passion during my studies, when I used to share every single weekend with some crazy mates riding around central Italy.Have a background in mechanical engineering but managed to escape the rat race and turn my passion for cycling into a job: I am now an Official Collection Editor at Komoot and a MTB Instructor/Guide.Besides cycling, I love any other outdoor sport such as hiking, ski mountaineering, sailing, scuba diving and swimming.I moved to Finale Ligure in 2021, where with the sea in front and the mountains behind I can finally feed my thirst for the outdoors.

After all, you are always in the Dolomites! However, these are distributed over a single relatively gentle, albeit…

The third and final stage of the Maritime Alps cycle route is undoubtedly the hardest, also considering the fatigue accumulated from the previous stages. Although it is a few kilometers shorter than the previous ones, it requires a trained leg (if not to push the bike in some sections) due to the steep…
